Turtle head is held with 4 prongs, the body in a bezel setting. The closure is a modern safety catch. The catch is nice and tight but the pin in slightly bent in the center.
The underside of the body is marked with WRE 1/20 12K GF.
This brooch is in very good condition for it's age.
